A longtime Danbury native, Peter Ryan is a proud product of the Danbury Public School System and advocate for his hometown. After expanding his perspective throughout college and law school, he returned to Connecticut in 2010 to practice law in the greater Danbury area, primarily focusing on real estate and estate planning/probate for nearly a decade. In 2012 he merged his practice with Yorio Law Group, P.C. and has been based in Danbury since.
Peter is a member of the Greater Danbury Bar Association and the Connecticut Bar Association and American Mensa. He also has a long history of service through pro bono representation of clients of limited means, teaching Junior Achievement at King Street Elementary, volunteering with the CT chapter of the ACLU and volunteering at the Giving Garden, which supplies fresh produce to several Danbury organizations for families in need.
When he isn’t serving his clients or his community, you’ll most likely find him kayaking on Candlewood Lake or hiking at Tarrywile.
